Pocket transfers are 4.5" (inches) on their longest side

Sleeve are 5" on their longest side 

Toddler/Infant are 6" on their longest side

Youth are 8" on their longest side

Adult are 11.5" on their longest side

Pressing instructions:

Pre press garment to remove moisture

Heat press at 325° for 15 seconds HEAVY pressure 

Allow to fully cool then peel film

Press a second time for 15 seconds covered with parchment paper
